🚨 Anti-Social Behaviour Alert – Leigh Town Centre 🚨

We’ve received reports of ongoing anti-social behaviour in Leigh town centre during the early evenings, particularly involving youths climbing the scaffolding outside the Santander bank.

This behaviour is extremely concerning. Climbing scaffolding—especially when safety foam and protective materials are being pulled off—creates a serious risk of falls, injury, or even something far worse. These safety measures are there for a reason: to prevent harm, not to be tampered with.

Not only is this dangerous for those involved, but it also puts members of the public at risk should materials fall or the structure become unstable.

👨‍👩‍👧 Parents / Guardians:
Do you know where your children are in the evenings, and what they are doing? We’re asking you to have conversations at home about the risks and consequences of this kind of behaviour before someone gets hurt.

We will continue to monitor the area and take appropriate action where necessary.
